Master Scholarsips Marketing Graduate at Chonnam National University


Technical Marketing Graduate School of Electronics and computer science (ECE), Chonnam National University (CNU), South Korea provides scholarships for master non-Koreans. The scholarship program also offers courses in Korean society for 6 months (three months per year) in the main study. Doris A. Howell Foundation Research Scholarship Marketing Graduate


Research Scholarship Marketing Graduate project must be work above and beyond the normal course of study and should not be part of Fall, Winter, or Spring 199 series coursework. However, Summer 199 series work will be accepted. The subject matter does not have to be related to the student’s major, minor, or other coursework.

Marketing Graduate Consideration will be given to proposals designed to improve the physical, mental, spiritual and behavioral health, and/or well being of women. 2011-2012 Fully Funded PhD Studentship Marketing Graduate


In part,Marketing Graduate this is due to a failure to consider patients´ beliefs. To address this, and move towards being able to predict who will receive benefit, a Telehealth Acceptance Model (ThAM) needs to be established and validated. As Marketing Graduate a starting point, currently available models such as the Technology Acceptance Model or Innovation Acceptance Model, which predict users´ acceptance of new information technologies will need to be investigated alongside models that have been shown to be predictive of health behaviour (e.g., Theory of Planned Behaviour). It is believed that a validated ThAM will aid telehealth deployment and lead to the development of personalised telehealth solutions for the benefit of a larger percentage of the population. You will work alongside major regional deployments, thus giving access to a large number of people and different contexts.
This Marketing Graduate studentship needs to achieve four key tasks:
1. Systematic review of acceptance in telehealth from the end user (patient) perspective
2. Interview end users to validate the findings of the systematic review
3. Develop the ThAM
4. Survey end users over a 12-month period in a panel study to validate the ThAM

Post-Doctoral Fellowship Position Marketing Graduate in Molecular Biology

The position (SKO 1352) is available at the Institute of Clinical Medicine, Institute for Experimental Medical Research (IEMR), Oslo University Hospital Ullevål.

IEMR (www.iemf.no) is devoted to basic and translational research with a particular focus on molecular mechanisms of heart failure. The Institute is part of a larger collaborative network in the Oslo region (www.heartfailure.no), which is supported by the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority and University of Oslo. Within this network IEMR has extensive collaboration with clinical cardiological departments and basic research groups. IEMR is also affiliated with the Nordic EMBL Partnership in Molecular Medicine, and is part of KG Jebsen Cardiac Research Centre.

The position is funded by the Norwegian Research Council for three years. The research project is part of a larger programme on signaling in stress- and cytokine-induced myocardial hypertrophy and heart failure.

All work time will be allocated to research, research-related activities and research administration. The successful candidate is also expected to participate in specialized training and supervision of PhD students. The main purpose of post-doctoral research fellowships is to qualify researchers for work in higher academic positions within their disciplines.

Qualifications and Personal Skills

The position is available for a researcher with experience in molecular biology and/or cellular imaging.

Requirements

  • A completed PhD (or other corresponding education equivalent to a Norwegian doctoral degree) is a prerequisite for the appointment.

An expert committee will evaluate the applicants. The evaluation will have emphasis on the scientific papers (including the PhD thesis) submitted by the applicants, but other personal qualifications will also be evaluated. Information and materials that are to be considered in the evaluation must be submitted within the application deadline. Names of two references should be provided. Applicants may be called in for an interview.

Sholarship : Katherine Goodman Stern Fellowship – Duke University, USA

Scholarship Introduction:
The Stern Fellowship provides to students in their final year of dissertation research an annual stipend (equivalent to the Graduate School minimum stipend established each year), as well as tuition, health, and recreation fees. In addition, the Graduate School will pay the health insurance premium for recipients who enroll in the Duke student medical insurance plan.

Eligibility for scholarship:
Applicants must have completed their preliminary exam by the end of Spring 2011 semester. Applicants are expected to be in their final year at Duke University. Students who have already received Graduate School support aimed to facilitate final completion of the dissertation, such as a Named Instructor ship or a Library Internship are not eligible for this award. No other award (whether fellowship or service-related) may be held concurrently with this fellowship without special permission from the Dean.

Postdoct position in Biomedical Engineering/Cardiovascular/Neurophysiology 2010, Kyushu University,marketing graduate

A postdoctoral position is currently available in the laboratory of Dr. Kenji Sunagawa at the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Kyushu University in Fukuoka, Japan. It has been well established that regulatory failure plays a central role in the pathogenesis of refractory cardiovascular diseases. We have been developing artificial devices to intervene the regulatory systems. The devices function as parts of physiological systems and restore normal function of the impaired regulatory systems. In this particular project, we will be developing a


neuromodulator which reinstitutes disrupted autonomic balance in heart failure. Applicants need expertise in animal and/or human experiments and should have sophisticated knowledge in biomedical engineering in cardiovascular research.
